How to Conduct Content Marketing Without Creating Content

Rate this post

Content marketing is a powerful strategy for building brand awareness, engaging your audience, and driving conversions. But, creating your own content takes time and effort.

Now, What if you don’t want to do content marketing, then won’t you be successful? My answer is yes, you can drive audiences and convert them into buyers without content marketing. There are some cost-effective ways (not promoting PPC advertisement), that benefit you in long term as well.

Let’s talk about each separately, so you can start marketing your content without creating content on your own.

Overload Information:

Content is king and marketing the content in various ways is the skill to get sales faster. From a consumer point of view, gaining trust in a particular brand is essential to making the purchase successfully.

Nowadays, customers are overloaded with ads and information. Even brands work closely with the publisher to create engaging content for their audiences online.

I agree that Content is king, but creating movement (event-based marketing approaches) instead of creating content can make all the difference.

The primary goal of this article and movement creation is another way to build an authority brand online without relying on content creation by yourself.

There are some new terms, which social media won’t tell you openly. These are Content Expiration, Content Curation, and Cotent Movement Marketing. Let’s understand each of them with patience.

Content Expiration:

As the name suggested, “Content Expiration” means content has some short expiration dates. Time is involved in the content essentially, yeah you heard it right.

The content becomes less relevant to your audience at a certain period. The content expiration depends on the types of content you are creating.

According to Gary Vaynerchuk, the blog you write becomes less relevant after 7 days. Just like blog posts other content also becomes less relevant.

      • Blog posts are valid and can be considered new for 7 Days

      • Video contents are valid and can be considered new for 1 to 3 months

      • Podcasts are valid and can be considered new for 1 to 2 month

What if I update the publication date to display the old content to the new content? Does it work?

Yes! It is possible and many bloggers and website owners already doing. The data, however, is inapplicable to social media posts. Now what tactics should I use in this scenario then?

There are 5 best ways to do content marketing without directly creating content by your own.

1. Open Forums:

It doesn’t matter what niche you are working with, there is always a way to build communities around your niche online.

Building communities is the best way to not market your content directly. This means you don’t need to create with efforts the content, but others will do for your content.

The best and most widely used example is the strategy to think about Facebook. Sorry, it is a social media giant.

Think about something you can build easily such as NomadList. This is a digital nomad online forum. This has been one of the most widely used forums on a specific niche so far.

2. Affiliate Program or Referral:

Is there any way to get extra exposure to your brand and sell faster without extra effort? Yes, you can do it via referral and affiliate programs. Trust is important in selling products or digital goods online, where affiliate markers can help you get sales faster.

I mean, if you initially start to build your brand to get sales faster, it will take time and effort a lot. What I’m suggesting is you that, to partnership with other affiliate markers who already have audiences.

As everything has downsides, this also has the downside of running an affiliate program on your site. However, if you can overcome or manage wisely then it can transform your business in no time.

The difference between referral program and affiliate program is the reward you provide to users. It gives them extra access to your program or services. Affiliate programs, on the other hand, reward your partner with cash.

3. Influencer Marketing:

The marketing landscape is changing and the cost of advertising is increasing rapidly. So, advertising your content on your own with other costs of running the business, is expensive.

Influencer marketing is one of the cost-saving and productive ways to connect with your targeted audience. Now, I’m not talking about hiring a model on Instagram and promoting the product through her or him. Influencer marketing has different parts, that you can check down later check here

Small to big-scale online brands are now using influencer marketing approaches for their brands. The cost can vary depending on the type of influencer marketing.

4. Campaigns for Giveaway Events:

Running a giveaway event doesn’t cost much, you just need to have the right tools and audience exposure or engagement. Offers like Free Shipping are the most trendy giveaway campaigns and offers to get buy one get one at the price of 1 product.

E-commerce websites and even Russell Brunson promoted this book using these strategies. I would recommend you build a giveaway campaign strategy and promote it via any type of advertising approach like direct and influencer marketing

5. Certified Program:

If your content or program can be the leader in your niche and mention the brand name in certification, then your 50% advertising and branding is done.

The biggest example is the Hubspot program. It comes first into my mind because of ones a  time I was a part of it.

There are infinite benefits to running your certification program is the ultimate way to succeed in your field. Just imagine, that people who get certified from your program receive a certification to showcase in their Linkedin profile, CV, etc. These approaches impact a lot to get sponsorships and reputation globally.

Wrap Up:

I agree again that content marketing is king, even if you follow these 5 strategies, you are still with content marketing indirectly. Create some offers such as these 5 strategies mentioned throughout this blog post.

So that, users create content for you. The purpose of this article was to show that there are other ways to promote your content effectively without creating content on your own. This gives you greater results in the long term to create a monopoly in your niche in the market.
